Monday Meal Planning - Salads and the Grill.

Monday: Mixed Green Salad with Pecans, Goat Cheese and Honey Mustard Vinaigrette and Beer Can Chicken

Tuesday: Pork Tenderloin with Warm Grilled Tomato Salsa

Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Salad with Feta, Fresh Corn and Blueberries

Thursday: Spinach Salad with Honey Bacon Dressing

Friday: Vietnamese Inspired BBQ Pork Salad

Saturday: Carne Asada

Sunday: Grilled Shrimp in Lettuce Leaves with Serrano Mint Sauce 
(we wont be eating this - shellfish allergy. But!! You all should. It's so flippin' good. SPICY!)
