Monday Meal Planning

I have zero desire to meal plan today. But, I'm gonna do it anyways. I asked the husband what he felt like this week.  His answer, spaghetti, maybe a pizza, tacos.  OK.  The spaghetti I can do.  The pizza I can do.  The tacos..lets switch that over to enchiladas.  Add in a big dinner salad for another night and throw in another pasta too. I'm a carb head these days, I can't help it.

  2. I have four kids. And my husband is gone this week. I'm just going to eat cake. And bananas. So it's balanced.
